　　Formal 指的是正式的，规范的，官方的

　　比如：

　　A formal application 正式申请

　　A formal occasion 正式场合

　　A formal announcement 官方申明

　　其实公司的正式员工就是长期工作那一拨人，所以他们其实叫 permanent employees.
